The Weston Police Department Relief Association is a nonprofit corporation that benefits Weston Police Officers and their families in times of need.
The Weston Police Relief Association is a nonprofit corporation that’s sole purpose is to benefit Weston Police Officers and their families with financial assistance in the event of an illness, injury, or death. The Weston Police Relief Association was started in 1950 and since then it has been funded by generous donors. The Weston Relief Association is one of our most valuable assets to our officers. Most police officers within our department are the main source of income for their family. When one falls ill, is seriously injured, or passes away, the family bears the financial burden. This is where the Relief Association steps in to help. In the last few years alone, The Weston Police Relief Association has helped three officers with their maternity leave, two officers who suffered heart attacks, and several officers who worked through Covid19 and fell ill with Covid19 themselves. The Relief Association has provided assistance in our darkest hours and we are grateful to our supporters. Any donation, whether it is money, goods, or a service, is much appreciated by our Relief Association members. It is our cherished donors who help us the most in our time of need.
